Dunton Green Primary School is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic After School Club Supervisor to help in our after school provision. The post will be for 12.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 3:30pm-6:00pm. The salary is Kent Range 4 (£18,517 full time equivalent, actual pro rata salary £5,270.27 p/a).

The successful candidate will have to be enthusiastic and passionate about working with children and enjoy working part of a team. The ability to form positive relationships with children, parents, carers and staff is essential. Good communication skills and the ability to plan and lead exciting and engaging child-focussed activities will also be needed.

Experience of preparing simple but nutritious meals and administering basic first aid is also desirable but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Dunton Green Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and views it with paramount importance. Appointment to this post will be subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and health check. You will also be expected to attend annual safeguarding training on a staff inset day in September.
