The Viking Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a full-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join the office team at Ramsgate Arts Primary School.

Hours per week: 37 hours per week, term time only

Working Pattern: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Salary: Kent Range 3, £18,425 pro rata (actual salary approx. £15,441.62 per year)

Contract term: Permanent

The postholder will:

  • Have proven administration experience
  • Have proven experience in using Microsoft Applications
  • Have previous experience of reception work or working in a customer service role
  • Hold a first aid certificate or be willing to attend first aid training

As the first point of contact for the school you will have excellent customer service skills and a sense of humour together with a welcoming and friendly approach.
