Advert

  1. To provide a good role model for students by supporting the vision, ethos and policies of the Academy.
  2. To provide support to the Head of Year
  3. To support casual admissions and induction of students.
  4. To support the Attendance Manager by assisting in implementing strategies to improve the attendance of individual students.
  5. To develop a relationship with a student, which is professional, firm, fair, caring and friendly.
  6. To be the first point of contact and liaison with families.
  7. To implement the behaviour policy and deal with student behaviour issues as required.
  8. To plan and run interventions as required and maintain accurate records and undated personal plans.
  9. To promote behaviour for learning by helping students to improve their behaviour and intervene where necessary including liaising with parents/carers.
  10. Undertake supervision duties at lunchtime
  11. Assist in the development and deployment of reintegration plans for students requiring support.
  12. Make effective use of data to support management of the pastoral systems and maintain relevant databases, analyse data and produce reports.

Carry out a range of additional duties that may arise from time-to-time in accordance with the nature of the role and level of responsibility.
