Job Description

Due to the successful introduction of Land Based Studies to our curriculum, Ripplevale School is looking for an enthusiastic, innovative individual to help in the delivery of Land Based Studies.

You will be working alongside our current teacher to deliver a curriculum which allows our students to thrive in the large rural setting that we are fortunate enough to enjoy. The successful candidate will be instrumental in cultivating both the crops that are grown but more importantly the interest of the students in these lessons.

Whilst the allocated teacher will be in charge of the delivery of the course content you will be supporting her and on occasions deputising for her in her absence.

The successful candidate should have a sound knowledge of working with students with ASD and associated conditions.

Hours are term time only 08.30 – 15.45 Monday to Friday plus 105 inset hours which presently includes Tuesday twilight sessions.
