Holy Family Catholic Primary school are looking for a proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic person to join the office team from January 2022 to help provide an efficient and accurate Finance and Administration service to support the smooth operation of the school.

The role is a combination of Finance and Administrative work with an approximate split of 70% finance and 30% administration in a fast paced school office.  Specific duties will involve all aspects of finance regarding orders, good receiving and invoices.  You will also be liaising directly with parents regarding the school online payments system as well as general enquires; also via email and phone with suppliers.  We are looking for someone who can demonstrate financial literacy and who may already be in an office environment but looking to take on slightly more responsibility.

This position is currently on a temporary basis from January 2022 until the end of this academic year July 2022 working term time only 32.50 hours per week (8.30am - 3.30pm). Hours may have some flexibility but will require 5 days per week - this can be discussed at interview.
