This position is based at Goldwyn School, Parkfield Road, Folkestone, Kent CT19 5BY

 Goldwyn School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, capable and proactive Caretaker to carry out general caretaking duties.  This position is based at our Goldwyn site in Folkestone but may involve working at other Goldwyn sites.

Duties include:

  • carrying out basic building repairs
  • scheduled maintenance
  • record keeping
  • statutory testing and recording

 The successful candidate will also need to be flexible and self-motivated, have good communication skills and a good understanding of the health and safety requirements. Previous experience of working in a school would be advantageous but is not essential.

 This post is offered on a salary of £21,269 - £22,542 and is for 42.5 hours per week, all year round.
