What we are looking for:


  • A Teaching Assistant who is able to raise and sustain high standards.
  • A drive and passion to ensure all students achieve.
  • Experience of speech and language.
  • Experience of phonics.
  • Confidence in working independently with small groups of students.


Candidates are expected to have GCSE level English and Mathematics (A*-C) and may be required to assist pupils across EYFS, KS1 AND KS2.

In return, as a member of the Primary First Trust, we offer bespoke training opportunities to support professional development, at all levels.
