Nonington CE Primary Schools requires a temporary teaching assistant, 29.25 hours per week term time only. The position will be temporary until August 2022, linked to high needs funding. 

The role will involve both working with individual pupils with special educational needs and groups.

We are looking for teaching assistants who will promote our Christian Vision, especially in relation to the nurturing of all children. 

You must have:

  • GCSE English and Maths C or equivalent
  • A calm and flexible approach
  • Good understanding of ICT
  • Good understanding of school policies and procedures relating to health & safety, behaviour, attendance, equal opportunities and child protection.
  • A Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent, or experience of working with children
