Turner Schools is looking to appoint a highly reliable, efficient and adaptable Lettings Officer to manage and promote the lettings at the Folkstone Academy.

Monday - Thursday 17:00 - 21:00 

 The successful candidate will:

  • Offer enthusiasm and energy to the role
  • Have the ability to communicate well (written, face to face, telephone)
  • Have excellent IT skills and have the ability to deal with booking enquiries
  • Be able to organise and prioritise your workload
  • Be able to work with the Trust Marketing Team to attract new lettings from clubs and groups to maximise income and minimise vacant hire slots
  • Have the ability to review the schools website with regards to Lettings
  • Be responsible for locking the school at the end of the day
