Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Kent Range 3 – Hours are 8:45am to 12:15pm Monday to Friday (17.5 hours pw) for 40 weeks per year. Annual salary – pro rata to £7675 per annum.

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic, motivated person to join our small, friendly office team at our increasingly popular Church of England School.

You will be the first point of contact for our parents, pupils and visitors. We would like you to be well presented and offer a friendly, professional and confidential welcome while carrying out a range of office duties.

You need to have a good knowledge of Word and Excel, be able to work under pressure, prioritise your workload and be a good team player with a sense of humour.
