We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic part-time teacher to work in Year 1 for two days per week – Monday/Tuesday, commencing January  2022 – the start of term 2 . This will be on a contract to cover maternity leave until 5th October 2022.

We are looking for a highly motivated, effective teacher with some KS1 experience, who can provide exciting and challenging work for our children.  Knowledge/experience in teaching Maths and English/Phonics is required in order to maintain the high standard of teaching that exists in these subjects at the school. Stocks Green Primary School is a popular one form entry primary school, located in the village of Hildenborough, and has successfully served local families and community for the past 52 years. In May of this year, the school retained its Ofsted grading of ‘Good’ following an ungraded inspection. The report recognised that both parents and governors are exceptionally supportive of the school and it is a happy place to learn and work.
