Valley Invicta Academies Trust requires an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team at our primary school at Aylesford to cover maternity leave.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week for 38 weeks per year.  The salary on offer will start at £15,227 and paid within the VIAT 2 grade, pro rata to full-time equivalent of £18,329 - £18,809 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be hard-working, flexible and adaptable, have experience of working within a primary school setting and will have a calm and positive approach to working with children.  You will work with our teaching team to support the delivery of quality learning and teaching and to help raise standards of achievement for all pupils.

Valley Invicta Primary School at Aylesford is a two-form entry school for children aged 4 to 11, in the heart of the local community.

The school’s facilities, which have been extended to include a brand new library, classrooms and reception area, sit in a large outdoor space, with a forest school, and well-equipped sports and play areas.
