We are currently looking to appoint a teacher who has experience of working with students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.  The role will involve teaching a range of subjects - the exact combination is flexible and may include functional skills.

We are looking for a passionate, outstanding teacher to teach our KS3 and 4 students in small groups, who is resilient and creative in planning and delivering lessons.  You will need to be able differentiate lessons for a range of abilities and needs.  We require someone who is flexible, adaptable and who doesn’t mind if the day is different from that planned.  We have a comprehensive professional development and training programme and are supportive of further education and study.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone whose underlying beliefs about the purpose of education for our students is to educate the whole child.  We have high expectations of our students, which are based on in-depth knowledge of them and their individual needs.

Please note this will be subject to receipt of satisfactory references and an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check - cost will be met by the employer.
