Oakfield Primary Academy are looking to appoint an organised and efficient Administration and Attendance Officer to provide a full range of administrative support to the school.  You will undertake all administrative tasks associated with the recording, management and monitoring of attendance; working with individual pupils and their families to improve attendance as well as providing full administration support to the school.

The successful candidate will have experience of monitoring attendance within a school setting and experience of working within a busy office environment.

The role is for 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. The working days are Monday to Friday. The salary is Kent Range 5, £19,723 - £20,893 full time equivalent, actual pro-rata salary is £16,964 - £17,970.
