This post is a permanent, term time only (plus five days) position, five days per week, 8.30 am to 3.00pm (30hrs per week with a 30 minute lunch break).


Salary £12,913 (KR4: pro rata for a full time salary of £18,517 p.a.)


We require an Attendance & Administration Officer to join our busy office. The successful candidate will be proactive, able to prioritise and have excellent IT skills.  Experience of working in a school office is preferable. Multi tasking, the ability to keep calm under pressure and meet deadlines are essential.

The role will undertake administrative tasks associated with the recording, management and monitoring of attendance and provide specific clerical and administrative functions for the school under the direction of the School Business Manager.
