Job Title: Office Administrator

Location Orchards Academy       

Salary/ salary range: Competitive

Hours: 37 hours per week (41 weeks per year, 2 being in the school holidays)

Following our recent Ofsted inspections and the news that Orchards Academy has been awarded a new build by the Government we are very excited to be recruiting an Office Administrator to expand our team. We are looking for an individual with passion and the drive to develop their area of responsibility as well as the whole school.

You will have extensive experience working in an office environment and be able to demonstrate considerable expertise working with operating systems. You will be a core part of the administration team and work to assist in the smooth running of school systems.

Amongst other things this individual must;

  • Be well organised and adaptable.
  • Have considerable experience of working, setting up and monitoring administration systems and processes
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate excellent IT skills including knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Have experience of working with systems and processes
  • Have experience of working in an office environment
  • Have a commitment to their own professional development
