We are looking for a dynamic, creative, inspirational and enthusiastic year 1 teacher to join our dynamic team. We can offer you the opportunity of working in a school dedicated to professional development opportunities. 

Applications are sought from suitably experienced teachers trained to teach 4 -7 years age range, not ECTs.

We are looking for that special person who can demonstrate excellent communication skills, has a commitment to raising standards and has the energy and determination to make a difference. 

This position will be temporary to cover maternity leave but there is a possibility of being extended further.  We are looking for a January 2022 start until 31st August 2022.

Informal visits are strongly encouraged and recommended.

Tours dates are  Tuesday 12th October at 1.30pm, Wednesday 13th October at 9am and Monday 18th October at 10am

Westmeads Community Infant School is situated in the heart of Whitstable. We have up to 180 pupils in six classes. We have a dynamic team, supportive parents and governors and strong community links.
