Advert

We are looking for a Lead Practitioner of Maths for January 2022 and warmly welcome applications from experienced teachers who are passionate about Maths and are dedicated to enabling students to make excellent progress.

This is an exciting opportunity to be joining a committed department, which consists of early years teachers, from both Teach First and KMT, to some very experienced practitioners of Maths. Last year, the team began the journey with the Maths Mastery initiative and this is now in its infancy of implementation in classrooms. The department is also leading the way with the implementation of the whole school digital strategy since joining with the LAT.

It is a fantastic time to be joining the team. You would join a hardworking and passionate team of staff, in an academy characterised by high aspirations, academic excellence and exemplary behaviour, alongside an outstanding climate of care, encouragement and reward. Our parents are supportive and ambitious for their children, and our reputation in the local area has grown. The academy is an increasingly popular school in the rapidly growing Ebbsfleet Garden City community.

We want our students to leave school as well-rounded, confident young people, with an awareness of the wider world, and a desire and ambition to play an active part in it, all of which is encapsulated in The Ebbsfleet Academy’s motto – Be Ready, Work Hard, Be Nice!
