We are looking for a passionate and reliable part time Teacher of PE to cover maternity leave, three days a week ( Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) who can see the infinite possibilities in all our girls, no matter what their current skill level. Our PE Department has excellent facilities, including a Sports Hall with a gymnasium, a Dance Studio, an astroturf pitch and a range of grass and hard play courts. The successful candidate will join a strong Expressive Arts team of specialist teachers. Candidates' are expected to contribute to after school/ extra curricular enrichment programmes. This post is only available to female applicants as permitted under the Equality Act 2010. Candidates must be able to teach Cambridge National or equivalent to Key Stage 4. Candidates who are also able to teach Dance to Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 (BTEC) will be at an advantage

Lessons at DSTC have a calm and purposeful atmosphere with the students showing a genuine interest in learning. Our teachers tell us they enjoy being able to teach and enable the students to learn without disruption.
