The Governing Body of the Cedar Federation wishes to appoint an experienced Early Years Foundation Stage teacher with QTS from January 2022 or sooner, who will be responsible for teaching the pre-school facility for Ifield School at King's Farm Primary School.
This is a collaborative provision providing inclusive opportunities for able children and those with profound, severe and complex learning needs, including autistic spectrum disorders, so that they can access the Early Years Curriculum together.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional practitioner with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children with SEN. Candidates must be able to use their own initiative and be committed to working as part of an established and highly motivated team to provide stimulating and interesting learning opportunities.
Experience of the Early Years Foundation Stage and SEND is paramount to applying for this post, as are skills in leading and supporting teams and the ability to coordinate resources from different agencies.
