Job title:                              Reprographics / Office Assistant

Hours:                                   39 weeks per year

Contract:                             Permanent; term time only (39 weeks per year) 

Pay Range:                          KR4 (FTE £18,517 - actual salary is £15,926.65 which is based on working 39 week per year)

Overall Responsibility: 

Working as part of the School Office Team, as the school`s Reprographics/Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for facilitating the production of quality printed resources to support teaching and learning, displays, signage and other solutions while taking on general office administrative tasks.


Duties/Accountabilities:

 

Reprographic duties

  • Supporting staff and helping to develop and produce high quality teaching and learning resources and promotional materials and enhance the visual impact of displays around the School internally and maintain to a high standard.
  • Carry out general photocopying for the school, liaising with Premises or ICT when required.
  • Carrying out design and production tasks in accordance with agreed policies, priorities, and time scales.
  • Improving the quality of promotional materials relating to events and daily activities at school.
  • Ensuring that reprographic equipment is always ready at the point of use (e.g. ink, paper etc)
  • With the support of the Office Manager, overseeing and managing the maintenance of reprographic equipment across the School
  • Billing cost associated with reprographic work to the correct departments for the finance team.
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out on internal database.
  • Production of certificates and rewards resources to support behavioural systems within the School

 

Office duties

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the School Office Manager.
  • Cover Main Reception when necessary, meet and greet all visitors, issue passes and ensure all visitors sign in and out.
  • Archive paper and email documents using MStore software.
  • Collate and print Staff and Student Mug Shot Books at the start of the academic year, and update when necessary.
  • Update and distribute, staff phone and department lists.
