There is a unique opportunity for an experienced middle leader or Assistant Head, to become part of the forward-thinking and committed leadership team of Claremont Primary School. 

The highly skilled, enthusiastic and innovative postholder will be joining a supportive and progressive leadership team. This exciting opportunity is open for someone who will lead our pastoral team and join our strategic team to lead on English. The postholder will be joining an incredible team of children and dedicated adults.

We are seeking someone who has had significant whole school responsibilities and experience in their current school and has a clear understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment. The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher who can think and plan strategically and with innovation. They will be an outstanding role model for colleagues.

As a key partner in Kent Teaching School Hub and Teach Kent and Sussex SCITT, we are always developing ourselves and consider ourselves to be lead learners.
