Working as part of the Trust's Operations department, the Project Assistant will provide efficient and effective project/ administrative support required to meet the Trust’s core Information Technology and Estates responsibilities.  They will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day processes are managed in an accurate and timely manner.

What you will need to succeed:

  • The position is an administrative focused role, and the post holder will be able to work accurately with attention to detail. Have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player.  
  • Demonstrate a willingness and flexibility to work across the department and have the ability to balance their workload. Along with a good working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet IT packages.
  • Hold a full UK Driving License, with access to own transportation. 
  • A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2 would be desirable but not essential.
