An exciting opportunity exists to join the newly established Kent Teaching School Hub administration team. The post arises from the designation of Bennett Memorial Diocesan School as a Teaching School hub serving the areas of south, east and west Kent. As a Teaching School Hub we are responsible for the provision of a full range of CPD training and provision for teachers, school leaders and governors serving the south, east and west Kent region.  This includes delivery of national CPD programmes such as the Early Career Framework and national professional qualifications in teaching and school leadership (NPQs).

We are currently seeking an Events and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.  You will work alongside our current team to handle the marketing, booking and “on the day” organisation of key events within our programme of CPD. Through marketing and publicity, you will raise and promote the profile of KTSH across the region and maintain positive relationships with our different delivery partners.

Location: Bennett Memorial Diocesan School, Culverden Down, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN4 9SH with flexibility for home working through mutual agreement.  There will be some need to travel to venues across the region.            

Salary KR5          

Contract Type Term Time plus 2 weeks to be worked flexibly by agreement during school holidays

Hours 20 hours per week to be mutually agreed.  Some flexibility is required to fit with events schedule.

Start date 5^th July 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter.
