We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring person to join our school at what is a very exciting time; working across different classes in our school  

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant with commitment, energy and drive to join our team and work closely with staff to provide positive learning experiences for all our pupils.

The post is for Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.

We expect the successful candidate to:

• Be able to support in the delivery of high quality learning experiences for all pupils;

• Have high expectations of learning and behaviour and inspire and motivate our children;

• Be supportive, nurturing and understanding with high expectations.

• Demonstrate good communication skills both orally and written.

• Work well as part of a team.

The role also includes providing pupil supervision cover for some break and lunch duties.

Visits to the school are encouraged and should be arranged through the school office.

St. Paul’s Church of England (VC) Primary School, Swanley Village, has an enviable reputation as a welcoming, caring, high performing primary school. The school was graded Good by Ofsted in January 2020 and Good in its SIAMS inspection, 2019. We are part of The Compass Federation which includes St. Edmund's Church of England Primary School and Dunton Green Primary School.

Demand for places far exceeds the number available. We have four mixed aged classes with 15 pupils in each year group.

Our children are delightful and we have very supportive and aspirational parents. The school is set in beautiful surroundings and has very well maintained and fully equipped buildings.
