Briary Primary School is looking for a dedicated and dynamic leader to join them as an Assistant Headteacher with specific responsibility for leading on the recovery of learning post-lockdown. The post is non-class based; it involves considerable staff leadership and training, as well as the strategic development and delivery of the Recovery and Catch-up Action Plan.

As a school within the EKC Schools Trust, we are committed to widening horizons and raising aspirations; ensuring that all our learners reach their potential.

The successful candidate will have had previous experience in school leadership at a senior level. Experience of teaching across the primary age-range would be an advantage as would experience of Child Protection.

The post is a part-time, fixed term contract for a year at 0.4 FTE.
