We are looking for a suitably skilled, reliable and self movitatied person to join our friendly team.

Duties will include managing all health and safety aspects for the site, general maintenance of the building and grounds, project management of specific work involving liaising with contractors, and some clenaning. There maybe be some unsocial hours due to being a key holder for the site.

The applicant needs to have some previous experience of premises and general maintenance and needs to be phyiscally fit.  They will enjoy working as part of a team and be a confident communicator.  There will be a need for good time management to prioritise duties and work on their own initative.

The sucessful candidate will ensure the school site is maintaned to a high standard to offer the children the best learning environment inside and out.

This is an all year round post working 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year with 25 days holiday.

Our school is committed to safeguarding pupils and staff. We will ensure an enhanced Disclousure and Barring Service (DBS) prior to employment.
