Salary:  NJC Grade C1 (£19,698 - £25,481)

We are seeking a Site Manager to be responsible for the general maintenance, cleanliness and security of the Academy and to maintain the premises (both internally and externally) in a clean, safe and secure condition for staff, pupils, parents and community users, co-ordinating the Site Team as appropriate.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated with a positive and proactive approach to taking care of our academy.  They will need a proven range of site maintenance skills including general repairs, cleaning, painting and decorating and DIY. Experience of boilers and heating systems is desirable.

The successful candidate would need to have their own transport as some travel may be required between our sites based in Chatham, Rochester and Gravesend.

Our academies are based in a tight geographical area drawing students and employees from Kent and Medway in the South East of England.
