We are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Officer to join our Central Finance Team providing financial administration and support across the Trust. Reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day finance, procurement and accounting functions in accordance with the Trust’s Finance Regulations Manual.

You will be part of the newly formed Central Finance Team providing an accessible and efficient purchasing and accounting function supporting colleagues and schools across the Trust. Home-working will be required in the first instance, returning to on-site working just as soon as this is permitted.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be educated to at least A level or equivalent with a minimum of Grade C in GCSE English and Maths
  • Have experience working in a finance administration role
  • Have experience using electronic financial accounting systems.
  • Have excellent time-management, prioritisation skills and attention to detail
