 We are looking to appoint a dynamic and exceptional professional as Head of Upper School, to lead an exceptional department supporting SEMH learners as they move towards and into adulthood. The successful candidate will effectively lead the department by delivering our vision, mission and strategic priorities. Our ideal candidate will need to be strong of character, with an ‘out of the box’, solution driven approach. They will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to manage resource as well as demonstrate an outstanding record as leader in Education, along with experience of SEN/SEMH. An unwavering commitment to promoting the School’s values, ethos and the progression of our students is essential. The successful applicant will have a pivotal role in sustaining our existing offer and further developing our curriculum provision.
