We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive teaching assistant from January to support a variety of needs across the school. The successful candidate will have a flexible attitude and be willing to move in and out of classes supporting different needs as they arise.

Primarily the position would be to form part of a team in Year 4 to support a variety of needs across the class. The role would include supporting whole groups and individual children on a 1:1 basis. However, the successful candidate will need to be able to work across the age range from Early Years to Year 6 when required.

The successful candidate will join a strong, supportive team, and will receive appropriate training and development opportunities.

Full time position - 28.75 hours per week to include break and lunch cover.

Because of the need to effectively support a range of children in the school, it is important that applicants are qualified to GCSE at grade C (or equivalent) or above in Maths and English.
