New Line Learning Academy, are looking for a PA to Headteacher / Office Manager to join the school to act as a confidential PA providing secretarial support to the Headteacher, as well as Office Manager to ensure the effective operation of the school Reception and Main Office.

The role will require you to be responsible for confidential administration relating to all aspects of the Headteachers work, this will include: management of calendar, booking of appointments and to attend meetings and take minutes where appropriate.

The role will be for 37 hours per week, term time only plus 4 weeks, additional hours may be required from time to time.

 

PA to Headteacher / Office Manager Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Pro-active with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
  • Experience in senior administrative environment
  • Previous experience of minute taking skills is essential
  • Experience of managing staff
