Advert

The Dover Federation for the Arts Multi Academy Trust (DFAMAT) are seeking to appoint a Finance Officer to the Trust Central Team.  The person appointed to the role will offer support in all aspects of financial management to both the newly appointed Director of Finance, and the existing finance team to deliver a professional, efficient and effective finance service to the schools within the Trust.

A strong background of PSF software would be highly advantageous as the Trust began using this as their main accountancy package in September.  Candidates will ideally have previous experience within the education sector, preferable within a Multi Academy Trust, however this is not essential.

In return, the Trust can offer you a friendly, supportive team, both within Central Finance and the wider Trust team.  We value all members of staff and are committed to your well-being.

This is a permanent position. Visits to other sites within the Trust may be required, so a current driving licence will be an advantage.

Please refer to the Job Specification for full details.

Salary: Kent Range 6 (£20,585 - £22,469) (depending on qualifications and experience).
Hours: Full-time contract (37 hours per week) all year round.
Holiday: 25 days Annual Leave (increasing to 28 days after 5 years’ service).
Application closing date:  Monday 2nd November 2020 at 12:00 noon.

Shortlisted Candidates notified:
Tuesday 3rd November 2020
Interviews: Friday 6th November 2020
