Human Resources Apprentice
37 hours per week, term time plus 10 working days in the holidays
The successful candidate will be working towards level 3 CIPD qualifications in HR Support and learning whilst earning. You will be trained to handle day to day queries and provide HR advice ranging from recruitment through to retirement.
You will need to have a flexible approach to your day to day activities, be confident to use your initiative alongside having a willingness to learn. The ability to deal with issues confidentially, with tact and empathy, is essential. There will also be a requirement to work effectively towards the qualifications associated to these apprenticeship opportunities as part of the terms of employment. You will require 5 GCSEs at A-C (9-4) to access the level 3 course.

Homewood School & Sixth Form Centre is a mixed 11 – 18 wide ability school with Academy status with 2100 students including 350 in the Sixth Form.
