Payroll Assistant

Kent Range 7 £22,581.00 - £25,564.00 (pro rata to £8,544.16 - £8,981.95)

14 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

 

We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office team to provide administrative payroll support to our schools and Head Office teams.  This position will be based in Folkestone at the Trust's Head Office working alongside the Payroll Manager.

This role will be 2 days per week working Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. with half an hour for lunch.

You will be required to support the Trust's payroll team, assisting with the administration of the monthly payroll for 600+ members of staff.  This will include Local Government Pension and Teachers' Pension administration.

Payroll will be run 'in house' from 1st April 2021 and you will be required to undertake training with our new payroll software provider; dates will be available at interview.  This is an exciting opportunity to play a part in shaping this project and ensuring the payroll transfer and development is a success.
