This position offers an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to be part of the Business Support team, with specific responsibility for HR and Cover.

As a Business Support, you will:

  • Be responsible for all aspects of human resources administration within the School – including liaison with the school’s external payroll and personnel provider. 
  • Provide information and first line guidance to the Headteacher, Managers and Colleagues on HR matters. 

Who we are looking for:  

  • An individual who can demonstrate a high level of customer service skills and the ability to deal calmly, tactfully and effectively with a wide range of people. You will be friendly, approachable and display a professional demeanor.
  • A candidate who can use their own initiative to solve problems and respond proactively to unexpected situations in a proficient manner.
  • An individual who is educated to NVQ Level 3 or the equivalent with demonstratable experience of HR administration and recruitment and selection activities.
