Goldwyn School is looking to recruit enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join our valued team of staff at Goldwyn School in supporting children and young people across their sites. This is an exciting time to become part of our organisation as we look to further expand and build on our success.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs, and who can help us make a positive impact on a student’s life by helping them to achieve their full potential.   All our students have an Education, Health and Care Plan in place and a range of needs including Social, Emotional & Mental Health difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.

This could be your ideal next role if you are:

  • Experienced or passionate to working with students aged 11-18 years with a range of social emotional mental health and/or behavioural needs.
  • Confident in working in an education environment in which behaviour will be challenging on a regular basis

This post is offered on Kent Range 3 £18,039 per annum pro rata (actual £13,412 per annum) plus SEN Allowance of £1,297 (total Annual Salary £14,709) and is for 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks a year (term time only plus 5 staff development days).
