We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Lead Teaching Assistant (Communication and Interaction) to join our skillful team as soon as possible. The role will be for 30 hours per week term time only plus 5 inset days. There are also 5 weeks additional paid annual leave.

The primary aim of the role is to coordinate and contribute to the development and wellbeing of children and young people, especially those who have a suspected or diagnosed Special Educational Need, by supporting their learning & progress, ensuring that they are developing the literacy, numeracy, communication and oracy skills to thrive and reach their full potential.
