The governors are looking to appoint a highly skilled School Bursar  

Our successful applicant will be organised, thorough, proactive and committed. They will have the ability to process information in a timely, accurate and confidential manner. They will have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and have excellent interpersonal skills. Experience of working in a finance capacity is essential and ideally they would have previous finance experience in a busy school setting but this is not essential. A willingness to learn is very important and training can be provided on any of the school aspects of the role.

The position will start at a mutually convenient date after 1st September 2020.

This is a permanent position based on a six months probationary period. The post is for 21 hours (3 days) a week and it is term time only plus 5 days. The pro rata salary is £10,049.

Whilst a visit to the school at this current time is tricky to arrange, we actively encourage you to call to have a chat with the headteacher, Sarah Alexander, before you apply if you would like to.
