Operations Manager

Salary: PT 27-31 (£30,507 - £33,799) + Local Government Pension
Working pattern: Full time, 52 weeks per year, 37 hours per week. 8am-4pm
Location: Oasis Academy- Isle of Sheppey, Minster on Sea

We have a very exciting opportunity for a new Operations Manager to join Oasis Academy Isle of Sheppey. Working in an established school with a dynamic team of educators this is a great opportunity to join one of the largest multi-academy trusts in the UK in a vital role.

About the Role
We are looking for a diligent and dedicated individual to join the team in providing operational leadership across HR, community usage, administration and operations support in the Academy. Critical to the smooth running of the Academy this role will require excellent organisational skills, the ability to influence others and to work diplomatically to resolve complex situations.
The role will provide support to the Principal ensuring that all requests relating to non-teaching matters are managed effectively, including any administrative support that is considered necessary.
About you
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have line management experience
- Have relevant knowledge of HR (CIPD qualified), Finance and other operational support services
- The ability to handle potentially difficult situations is essential as is flexibility, confidentiality and ability to cope under pressure in order to meet deadlines


- Be driven and self-motivated
- Be committed to the vision and values of Oasis Community Learning and the Academy
