We are looking for a SENCO/Specialist Resource Provision teacher, who is passionate about making a positive difference to children’s lives. You need to be team player, dedicated with great communication skills. 

This is an exciting role, as we are in the process of changing our SRP designation from SEMH to ASD. We are proud to be able to  offer the candidate a working environment that is positive, with happy and enthusiastic staff and children.  We are committed to continual professional development and work in conjunction with Dr Alison Ekins, our director of SEND to offer high levels of provision.

Role

The Specialist Resource Provision Teacher will work closely with the Headteacher and teachers in the school to lead the effective provision for children within the Specialist Resourced Provision and lead the development of collaborative whole school practices around SEN. 

The SRP teacher/ SENCO will have high levels of expertise and experience in relation to meeting the needs of children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. They will lead and direct the work of the HLTA and TA within the SRP and liaise closely with the mainstream teachers to ensure effective practices are in place to enable successful integration opportunities for children in the SRP.
