Due to the promotion of several of our Teaching Assistants, we have four vacancies available for September 2020.

We are looking for:

  • Two Reception class Teaching Assistants 
  • One 1:1 Teaching Assistant working in Reception with a child with an EHCP 
  • One Teaching Assistant working across the school in support of children receiving High Needs Funding (initially in Years 2 and 5)

All of these posts are for 25 hours per week.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have previous experience working within a Primary School setting or with primary aged children
  • Are committed and passionate about helping children to learn, thrive and flourish
  • Have a proven track record of working successfully as part of a team
  • Have genuine interest in the best ways to support children's needs
  • Have a committment to ongoing professional development
  • Know how to lead play with children

Experience of the Early Years and Key Stage One would be an advantage but is not essential. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn, take advice and work with the children's best interests at the heart of everything they do.
