A vacancy has arisen for Head Teacher at Culverstone Green Primary School, due to the current Head Teacher moving to the full-time position of Chief Executive Officer of our exciting and expanding small, local Trust.

The Pathway Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a passionate and motivated Head Teacher to lead our talented and supportive team at Culverstone Green Primary School. We are committed to finding the very best candidate to lead Culverstone Green as the current Head Teacher steps up to the role of full-time CEO and the school continues to build upon its sucess: Someone who will lead by example, with integrity, creativity, resilience and clarity and encourage all pupils and staff to succeed.

There are now 5 schools within the trust, creating many opportunities for collaborative working, with support from both the Chief Executive Officer and the Deputy CEO.

Scope of the Role

The Head Teacher of Culverstone Green will:

- Be responsible for the successful organisation, management and development of the school within the framework of The Pathway Academy Trust's vision, ethos and policies.
- Be accountable for and take responsibility for the performance of the school: Raising educational standards, promoting the safeguarding and welfare of all children, implementing a curriculum that is relevant, exciting and engaging, whilst providing inspirational and professional leadership and establishing a culture that promotes excellence, equality and high expectations for all.
- Be a role model and ambassador for The Pathway Academy Trust, upholding its values and aims.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

These are centred on the four domains in the National Standards of Excellence for Head Teachers.
