We are looking for an Administration Assistant to provide comprehensive administration and organisational support to the admin team and Senior Leadership team (SLT).

Based in our busy school office block you will be supporting the office team with all aspects of general school administration.  You will have the ability to deal with staff, students and professionals on all levels. Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, be extremely well organised with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.  We are looking for someone who can offer us accuracy and efficiency with an excellent eye for detail.

Experience and knowledge of working in a school would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.  However, you must have a good level of administration skills in order to carry out this role effectively. We would expect you to be fully conversant with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.

Applicants should be committed, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and resilient and enjoy working in a busy environment.

In return we can offer you an exciting opportunity to work in a flourishing, growing school with a varied and friendly team of professionals and colleagues to support you as you settle in your new role.
