We are seeking a Site Manager who is self-motivated, highly organised and flexible to be responsible for the management and operation of school premises related functions (including a small local satellite). The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to oversee and manage all aspects of site management and be pro-active in the development of working practices and improvements, including overseeing larger projects as they occur. You will possess practical skills to carry out general maintenance and repairs and ensure a safe and healthy environment is maintained for pupils, staff and visitors. The Site Manager will line-manage and direct the Site Team (2 other members) and in addition will liaise with the contract cleaners.

This position is offered on a full time permanent basis (52 weeks, 37 hours per week). Currently the hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm finishing at 5pm on Fridays. Hours may be negotiated but cover must be provided for opening and closing of the site and other core times of the school day in conjunction with other Site Team members.
