At Mereworth Community Primary School we are looking to appoint a part time (3 days), highly motivated class teacher who will join our hard working team in September 2020. Mereworth is a popular, high achieving school which offers a stimulating learning environment, children who are keen to learn and supportive parents, staff and governors.

The ideal candidate will be confident to prepare and deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning that ensures our pupils make excellent progress and develop confidence and independence. We are a small team who work very well together and support each other in ensuring every child's individual need is met. We are looking for a dedicated teacher who is prepared to contribute to our team in meeting our school's vision and values.

Mereworth Community Primary School is a popular village school situated between Maidstone and Tonbridge. We are a vibrant, single form entry school situated in wonderful grounds which are used extensively to enhance the delivery of the curriculum. The school building is a mixture of Victorian, 1960’s and modern rooms. We have indoor learning zones which includes a library, a music room, computer room and a Design & Technology room. We have extremely supportive parents and governors and wonderfully caring, polite and well behaved children.
