We are looking for an outstanding teacher, with experience or an NQT for a Year 1/2 class from September 2020.

Are you an energetic, highly motivated, dynamic and forward thinking teacher who places children at the centre of school life with high expectations of pupil's achievement and behaviour, ensuring every child achieves their best?

We work in 4 classes across Year R, Year 1+2, Years 3+4, and Years 5+6. We are a small and friendly school with small classes of mixed ages.

As a Class Teacher you will have:

  • A proven track record of outstanding/good teaching and who will be able to inspire and lead others
  • High personal and professional standards, drive and energy with a teaching ability at a high level which will provide a role model for all
  • A commitment to being a strong classroom practitioner and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum
  • A willingness to engage in and support our school’s coaching programme
  • All staff are committed to school’s Vision and Values and endeavour to live out our Christian Values.

Brenzett CE Primary School is a beautiful, rural primary school just south of Ashford in the Romney Marsh area. We are surrounded by nature and truly embrace this as part of our identity as a school. We have our own Forest School which all of our pupils visit every week throughout the seasons and we are committed to promoting well-being through our exciting outdoor play and learning scheme at lunchtimes. We are proud of the progress our pupils make from their starting points at Brenzett CE School and are committed to taking their progress and attainment to the next level so that all of our pupils truly flourish and succeed. We have a hard-working and committed PTFA and both they and our governing body play an active role in school life.
