We are seeking ambitious, forward thinking teachers to join our team.  If you are a teacher who is looking to move into leadership, the best experience you can have is school improvement.  Cage Green is a school on a journey, but we have good behaviour and children who are enthusiastic and willing to learn.  Our focus is our new curriculum and developing our learning style.  It’s an exciting time to be part of Cage Green; we have passionate leadership; friendly, team-focused staff and a learning environment ripe for development.  We want teachers who have something to say and can help us drive our school forwards.

In return, we can offer you:

  • A structured programme of training to further your career. Our friendly trust runs in house training for aspiring middle leaders and aspiring senior leaders.
  • A ‘Wellbeing Day’ each year which is a day you can take off when you choose, to support your wellbeing.
  • A contribution towards gym membership
  • A contribution towards our staff Christmas celebration.

We are equally looking for excellent teachers who are content with their role in the classroom.  We would expect that you would strive to be outstanding, if you aren’t already, and that you enjoy supporting children to be the best they can be.

The post is for a Key Stage 1 or 2 teacher, depending on preference.

If you want to know more about the school, I would be very pleased to meet you and take you on a tour.  Once you see our calm, focused children and the enormous potential they represent, I am sure you will feel the same passion for this school that our staff do.  Please contact me, Joanna Styles, Headteacher on 01732 354325
