Endeavour MAT is a growing multi academy trust, made up of two well-established grammar schools in Wilmington, Dartford (Ofsted rated ‘outstanding’ and ‘good’) and the newly opened Stone Lodge School in Stone, Dartford. We are passionate about providing quality learning and education.

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team at Wilmington Grammar School for Girls, to build on the already close working of the two Grammar Schools in conjunction with the equivalent post holder at Wilmington Grammar School for Boys. The right candidate will have:

  • Relevant qualifications plus financial and managerial experience (candidates with strong transferable skills from outside the education sector are welcome as well as those with experience in schools)
  • Excellent oral, written, and analytical communication skills
  • The ability to implement change and enhance practices at the school in line with Endeavour MAT’s policies, procedures and structures
