Are you a confident and effective communicator, well organised, proactive and able to work independently?  This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking School as Personal Assistant to the Headmistress.

 The successful candidate should have:

 Experience of providing senior level administrative support

  • Proficiency in using IT systems
  • Proven PA office skills such as minute-taking
  • A high level of emotional intelligence for dealing with a range of stakeholders on a daily basis

The post-holder will work Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:30 to 16:00 (includes an hour unpaid lunch break), for 44 weeks a year.  Holiday entitlement is 25 days pro-rata per annum to be taken during the school holidays.  Note that, as an independent school, Cobham Hall’s holiday dates will vary from other schools, please check our website for details.    Salary will be according to skills and experience but will be in the region of £27,000 to £28,000 pro-rata per annum.
